Julie Plat is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner with over twenty years of experience in forensic accounting.
Ms. Plat is experienced at calculating and presenting economic damages. She is frequently engaged by counsel to perform accounting, financial and economic analysis for the resolution of disputes.
Ms. Plat also performs financial fraud investigations which include tracing funds, interpreting financial records, assessing internal controls and obtaining information through interviews.
She has testified as an expert witness at deposition and at trial and has served as a court appointed expert.

Currently, Ms. Plat is the manager of the forensic accounting department at Neumeister & Associates in downtown Los Angeles. She was a senior consultant at Freeman & Mills for over a decade, and a manager in the litigation consulting group at Coopers & Lybrand.
